1. Motorola Moto G Power
When it comes to phones with the best battery life, the Motorola Moto G Power is the best choice in the cheaper smartphone category. It also offers great features that you may be looking for in a budget phone.
The phone’s Snapdragon 665 chipset is solid mid-range performance. With the phone’s 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, you have an impressive and affordable device for your travel needs.
It has a headphone jack and a micro SD slot for adding up to 512GB of additional storage. The included 10W charger also allows for reasonably fast USB-C charging, and there’s a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone.
There is no official waterproof rating, but the special coating provides at least rain and splash protection. Although the design is noticeably improved over its predecessor, the phone is a bit heavy and chunky.
The camera is also a significant improvement over previous versions of the Power, producing satisfactory photos most of the time in good lighting conditions. Low light photography isn’t great, but it doesn’t help because it doesn’t have a dedicated night mode.
Overall, Motorola Moto G Power is a surprisingly good phone for the money, even if you don’t use it for 3 days on each charge. Add to that and you’ll have the best budget phones with long battery life in 2022.

Moto G9 Power has a very special 6,000mAh battery, which will win the hearts of users who hate having to recharge frequently. With a lifespan of nearly two days, it also supports 20W fast charging, so you don’t have to wait long when you need to recharge.
Elsewhere, for the Moto G9 Power, it’s a bit of a business, as usual, but not strictly bad given the price. It offers fairly average performance with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset and 4GB of RAM but works well enough.
The 6.8-inch 720 x 1640 screen looks reasonable no matter what you do, with plenty of room without resorting to HDR support. Still, we found it to be pretty good for the price, especially when it comes to video viewing. Lower your expectations and you’ll be happy with this price.

The Moto G Stylus has a 4000mAh battery and can last up to 2 days on a single charge. Stream music for 120 hours or browse the web for 12 hours. And with a 20-day standby time, the battery is available when you need it most.

5. Moto G Power 2022
Motorola continues to produce new versions of the Moto G Power, so if the battery lasts for days, why not? Like its predecessors, the Moto G Power (2022) suffers from slow charging like other Moto G series phones but lasts longer in our battery tests.
The handset is built around a 6.5-inch 720 x 1600px IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Helio G37 chipset sits behind the driver’s seat, with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.
The main camera has a 50MP sensor and f/1.8 lens, next to the 2MP depth sensor. On the front is an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Moto G Power 2022 has a 5,000mAh battery limited to a pedestrian 10W charging rate. The phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and a fingerprint scanner on the back.
The flimsy processor also makes us less enthusiastic about this Moto G Power version than we felt about the 2021 edition. The 2021 edition is still available and probably a better purchase even if you don’t get any updates after Android 11. Moto G Power (2022) ships with Android 11 but will be updated to Android 12.
